Refund policy

1. Application Conditions

According to the terms and conditions set forth in this Returns and Refunds Policy and forming part of the Service Terms, Siêu Marketing ensures customer rights by allowing the submission of product return and refund requests before expiration. The Siêu Marketing Guarantee period is defined in the Service Terms.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

Customers may contact Siêu Marketing to negotiate Returns and Refunds in the following cases:

  • Customers have placed and successfully paid for an order but have not received the product (after one month from the date of successful order placement and payment).
  • Products delivered are technically faulty (proved by video evidence within 3 days).
  • Products received by customers significantly differ from the information provided by Siêu Marketing in the product description section.
  • Siêu Marketing and customers have mutually agreed for the return and refund.

For each order, customers can only request a return and refund once. If customers repurchase any of these products, they will not be refunded under any circumstances.

WE ONLY ISSUE REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THE REQUEST FALLS UNDER ONE OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CASES.

3. Refund Request Processing Procedure

The customer refund request processing procedure includes the following steps:

  1. Customers contact Siêu Marketing’s customer care department to request a return and refund when meeting our Return and Refund Conditions.
  2. Siêu Marketing’s customer care department receives the customer’s request.
  3. Refund request processing time: Within 07 days (excluding holidays, Tet) from receiving the customer’s request.

We always review each customer’s return/refund request and reserve the right to make the final decision on that request based on the aforementioned provisions and Siêu Marketing’s Service Terms.
